As a rule we do not comment on individual domestic planning applications e.g. an extension or conservatory etc & focus on major developments in the Egham Town Ward (or adjacent to it) &, in particular, those affecting the High Street & its environs.

The Local plan
Planning decisions by Runnymede County Council are heavily influenced by the local plan. Also https://www.runnymede.gov.uk/downloads/file/781/adopted-2030-lp
Having an understanding of this can be very useful when submitting objections to planning applications.
